Even if you did not sign any offer letter or whatsoever, try to leave in good terms. Politely inform your employer that you want to resign due to (insert your reasons here), then hand in the letter and serve the notice that verbally agreed upon prior your work commencement.
Let say If I have sign the offer letter, and I work for 2-3 days, and then after that I'm MIA, do employer will take an action?I still don't have my ID staff, my punch card etc. Is it okay I'm MIA like that?
