Next time u will need to submit resignation letter again to ask for increment? .........think that is the best way, coz normal company will only increase RM50 to RM150 per year

Agree...  u need to submit resignation letter only give u a counter offer match with new company... ( that is why, if i go ask direct the % for increment is lower, sure boss say your performance ...... need to write a good report to HR....... but with LO from other company ... no need to write long/ good report... just counter back the other company offered pay ( either same / higher )

I think u better think probably... whether worth to work for them anot ( job is happy coz not monotonous, many things to learn coz it is tremendous complicated job, however one thing is the salary doesn't match the work done... the only thing I am not happy about and no increment after confirm )

Let's say the company does give increment.... and if u r not happy with it, do u tell the boss/manager? ( yes, happy if same or better higher then marker rate, but frankly salary no diff from fresh grad.)
