Hi Faylo,

i have a similar problem with you. HR want to me to pay them 60k++ because i breach the contract.

After I signed the agreement, the HR didn't provide the training. Last thing i know i still bonded with them.

They put "subject to change clause" in the agreement. the agreement was totally berat sebelah.

Just take it as a lesson.

To me, bond is not a problem but need to clarify what I can get, how to void the bond and what if break the bond.

When I worked in Accenture, they pay me a certain amount of money and bond me a year. If I break the bond, just need to pay back the money they paid me. This kind of bond is acceptable and reasonable.

but my bond is totally unacceptable, i got nothing and still bonded. i am bonded because i already signed the agreement.

where can i seek any help?
