hey guys,
let say the company stated that notice need to be given 14 days earlier, and i only worked for a day (for training), do i still need to pay for the 14 days salary?

guys, just wondering, as this is my first job and i want to resign, how do you guys resign? tell your boss first, and send the letter after? or just send the letter without telling him anything and wait for him to call?
