I went for a transition overseas for 1 month on Jan 13
Company impose 1year bond until 31 January 14
I plan to leave the company 31 January 14(on the day the bond finish), means i will serve 1 month short of the bond( as they say i the notice period does not count into the bond period)
My question is that is there such rule??
For my thinking, i have fully serve the bond period but the company said that the notice period is not counted. Is there such rule that will apply??
Can I leave without paying the compensation for the 'notice period'???
