i am planning to quit by end of this month, and then serve the designated notice period of 3 months. that means the last month of service around end of August.

there will a pay-out of bonus in end of June for the closing of FY10/11 performance, am i still entitled for the pay-out?
or HR will cut me out from that? can they do that?

appreciate some advise.

i wanted to quit, but then i still has an outstanding house mortgage with the company.
under the hr policy, i need to settle the outstanding loan within 14 days upon my resignation.

i wonder how can i get a bank loan to continue with my house mortgage? since i'll be out-of-job till i find a new one...so pathetic..
who will approve or even consider my loan...hmmm...there's no payslip or etc. cry.gif

seriously cannot tahan this company liow... icon_question.gif

well, of coz i want to find another job before i quit...but cannot tahan leh
now gross income about 10k
