Hi, I've been working for nearly 3 years in the same company and am thinking of resigning as quite a lot of good people (the talented ones) in my company suddenly tendered and I have no confidence anymore.

I have to serve 1 month notice... But can I pay this off / pay of in part instead of staying with the company? Cannot tahan d... And rather spend my time looking for new job instead of staying on sinking ship.
