Hye all, lets say if I have worked for Company A for a month. Then I get an offer for other job. What reason should I tell my boss if he asked why you took their offer in the first place?

I replaced my previous colleague, but if I resign, there is no one to take over my job except my superior. Feel guilty but the other offer is much more better.

Why you so gy, just started work still go for interview. doh.gif doh.gif

Anyways, just be blunt and frank if the company is in the same field. You don't want people bad mouthing you behind your back. Else just give excuses like the culture in the company you cannot adapt. laugh.gif
