Dear all,

I urgently need to resign from my job that I worked less than a week due to personal circumferences.

But according to the offer letter that I signed, I either give 1 month notice period or 1 month salary in lieu of notice.

Furthermore, maybe due to lack of communication during the interview, the job that I applied is difference that I currently doing. I applied for position A, but the offer letter is position B. And I still signed it( I thought is the same job with difference job name).

Please help, I can't afford to pay 1 month salary for the notice fee. What should I do now ?
