hey bro... need some advice here... our company will issue the bonus on tis friday, which is 27th, and i plan 2 tender my resignation letter on tis friday after get the bonus , but i got a colleague told me that HR got right 2 deduct my bonus from next month salary because i tender the letter on 27th, which is haven't finish a month yet, and i hv no right to get it. is it right?? HR got right to deduct the salary on next month... can u give me some advice wat should i do?? tender on 27th or 1st of june??
and i not able to stand any more, becoz they are forcing me 2 leave by giving me alot alot alot of proposal to do, and when already submit reject and reject again, and gif limited time line for me 2 redo, then i not able 2 resubmit it on time, then they issue me a warning letter... haih... i already receive 2 warning regarding tis....
and my offer letter got stated that (Any relevant statutory deductions will be made as legally required). may i know wat its mean??
please advice...
