Hello, Last weeked i visit the site without knowledge of the person incharge at there. It look like mostly done include the road also, just need touch up paint. Anyone can give comment about this type property. As i know it is lease hold and build then sell concept. But one thing i found out the sizes of land were not 75 feet long as told by agent was 75 feet. It look like 65 feet long only . Anyone can give comment?
