That's fine....as long you have the ori cd...that's fine smile.gif

QUOTE(geekster129 @ Dec 26 2008, 01:06 PM)
That's more like it. But I'll still want to rip the original tracks from CD to MP3/FLAC just in case the disc got damaged, and for the use of my MP3 player. smile.gif

There are only two types of original content that I'll buy: Music and Games. Why? Because they have replayability value. For movies, I would rather go to cinemas.

Revise? A lot of tax revenue will be lost if it's being revised.

The reason why original CD price being expensive is because of hefty taxes sad.gif

But do you think our government will start to reduce import taxes even if many people start to support?

I remember buying a CD which costs me RM69. Online I can get it at RM40-RM45. So, where does the RM 20++ gone to? Profit?

nope.

but companies would have more funds to absorb the taxes instead of passing to consumers. brows.gif

What profit.....if more people are buying it would give the music industry more voice.

It's the entertainment industry, if we play our part and so will they. They need us to survive, simple as that. smile.gif

We played our part, but just not as yet to buy all the album they release..
Its a nature of doing business, 26% tax cannot be avoided, but to survive in it, thats their job.
in my point of view, why they do this* knowing less people will buy?
