its driver's mentality n attitude tat caused those jams...they just wouldnt keep to their lane, they tot they r smart ass just overtake n go to front n try to squeeze back in...bcz of 1 person's 30sec save, cause whole road's user wasted over 30mins...its not smart, n definitely not efficient at all
