Wrong. Maybank can help with this kind of problem.
A few of my customers accidentally input the wrong account number without looking at the account holder name and they got their money back.

How? It's very simple.

Call Maybank 24 Hour Customer Service at 1-300-88-6688 or 03-7844-3696 and tell them about the case.
Maybank won't reverse the transaction but rather than giving you a way to contact the guy whom you accidentally transfer the money to. If that guy agrees to refund your money, then you'll get your money back. But if he doesn't, then there's nothing else could be done.
