saya menggunakan antivirus norton.. walaubagaimanapun kom saya tetap di serang virus.
saya bertukar semula kepada avast anti virus tetapi tidak dapat menghalang juga virus tersebut.

macamana hendak menghalangnya?

Norton tak guna.

Guna antivirus yg lain.

Dulu I guna norton, tak lagi.

Pada suspicious file tu, sudah cuba delete tak file tu?

Cuba boot computer dalam safe mode, kemudian cuba run antivirus dan scan file tu.

Kalau tak boleh juga, biar Avast installed dalam computer, kemudian download malwarebyte antimalware. install dan cuba scan dalam safe mode.

Saya cadangkan u try Kaspersky Anti Virus, setakat ini virus yang x dpt dikesan oleh Norton dan AVG Antivirus dapat dihapuskan dengan antivirus ini

p/s - but it's not free version, trial version only. But u can get as low such RM 60 below for the software from some computer shop

KIS cost about RM30 for i user.

spyware guard is a virus disguise as a antimalware program
pls uninstall it and then run your antivirus program

Sorry but I can't speak Malay very well, so I'm just gonna type my response in English, I hope you can understand. First of all, you mention that your using Norton Anti-virus. However, the screenshots contradict because the screenshots show "Avast". If your using Norton, I' recommend that you use the latest version of NAV '09 with updated virus definitions and run a "Full System Scan" not "Quick System Scan". Hope you understand, and I hope that I've helped.

ermm.. if you want to use freeware antivirus, try using Avira.

cuba try test uji pakai online scan spt eset/f-secure/housecall..

tak pun boleh cuba KAV atau webroot spysweeper trial...

beberapa tahun lepas pc sy pernah kena adware Winfixer...masa tu cuba pc-cillin,norton,spybotSD,spyware doctor,ad-aware...hanya webroot spysweeper berjaya delete.( masa tu tak kenal lagi AV yg lain..yg top masa tu hanya 3..norton,mcafee,pc-cillin)

itu dulu..tapi sekarang tak tau plak mcmana performance spysweeper...

new kind of viruses is disguising as a AV/AS...install any of the mentioned above AV (kaspersky/avira/abg)...and run safe mode to do thorough scan...if can't install the AV, look for AdvancedWindowsCare Personal and install...later, either u fix it or manually remove the background process and delete any invalid entry at startups...later, do removal for suspected programs and clean all leftovers (including registeries)...
