Hey, bro.  Your's is iPod touch, not iPhone.  Its a mp3/multimedia/gaming/internet device, not a phone so of course cannot SMS lah.

You can install those softwares because the OS is basically the same as iPhone but all the phone features won't work.

US users would be able to text for free using some apps though. Not in Malaysia

i noticed without a charger for ipod touch when traveling is a problem....so i was wondering where can i get a ipod touch charger???...and roughly how much will it cost to get one??....

When I connet my iPod Touch to iTunes, The bar at the bottom that indicates how many bytes worth of videos and apps and music etc. that you have on my iTouch indicates that I have abbout 1.8gb worth of "others". What are these "others"?

guys, i went to mcd today and had a try on their wifi. but when i tried to download something through cydia, a few error messages prompted out stating 'host unreachable' or 'cached failure' or 'xxxx not found'. any resolution for this problem? thanks in advance.

thanks david, but i've tried that as well. i selected 'ignore temporary' and the same thing happened when i tried to download apps through cydia.

Anyway, i was digging around about iPods and i came across this rather cool accessory. Its like a portable battery, in a dock-like form. The battery is located at the bottom, thus extending the length of the iPod but maintaining its thickness. the dock cradle is flourescent green inside, and the dock itself is black.

Thing is, i can't find that product any more. Anyone has an idea what its called? Pretty sure the company's name started with an M. Sounded like Morphine or something but can't be sure.

EDIT:  Found it. Mophie Juice Pack. Any resellers for the iPod Touch version?

tried sbsettings but the problem still persists. it can only be seen inside categories/ bossprefs. therefore, now i have 4 same icons.

1 question, how do we edit the status bar to our preference? using bossprefs? or winterboard? thanks in advance.
