Pity you. Just right click your ipod touch at itunes there and choose backup. it will backup all your settings and apps. After you restore the firmware, plug in the cable and sync your backup with itunes.

the answer is go install SBSettings. then at there got Respring (soft-reset/reboot). It's been a day plus, and i never reboot. all i do is tap respring.

i found one cool app, "Pocket Touch". It allow to shake to skip songs even at lockscreen

yea. the graphic & cinematic very nice.. gameplay very short. And also the game quite repetitive. I recommend u rolando. definitely worth the buck.

js play mac os 7 classic on my touch. haha. pretty darn cool.

run very smoothly indeed. mini-vmac is emulator for running mac os classic, it also support windows, mac and other OS as well. So u can install on your windows

dl from your browser then u need ssh root to install.

no. u need unix commandline to install.

sftp and put at /tmp folder

then ssh root terminal, and type dpkg -i /tmp/yourfilename.deb

No try. err i bet it is slow. why? the dl speed is no problem but the problem is upload speed(server side). U know la, our screamyx upload speed sux like hell. Last time i got try Remote my desktop via my macbook. Yea. hell lag.

yep. currently got one group of dev working on bt for ipt2 project. but sadly, it is a very sad news indeed. they manage to unlock almost everything and even in mac can detect the bt serial number. But unable to connect due to the bt chip firmware is locked. One of the solution they got (currently) is re-flash with the custom bt chip firmware. Again, another issue. they are unable to access flashing due to security reason. Sth like current ipod touch/iphone where need to JB the system. lol. Some forumer say that might wait for 'bluesn0w'?

once you jb, u seriously don need what free memory. u go install SBSetting then go find processes. This will show what app running in the background. then you can force-to-close those app. And at the SBSetting also will show your free memory space. Usually when you close all app, it will be 30MB free.

well u should know that free hotmail don't suppose POP3. But, just recently m$ provide free POP3 with a number of selected countries only. Countries such as US, Canada, Aus.. etc (can google yourself )

So, if you want use POP3, there's a trick. You go make the change of your hotmail location, choose any selected countries. Then, remember to sign out and sign in again. Then you can configure at your iPod touch

yep, set the country to like US or Aus. and give the right address and also working address. I've change mine(Aus country and Aus address) and it works like a charm And please remember you have to sign out after you make the change, then sign in again.

you have to backup. not saving your itunes or what. when u plug in your touch and launch itunes. at sidebar there, right click ipod touch and click backup. it will backup all your touch settings (scores, mail setting, bookmarks and etc).

the backup path is /Users/XXYYZZ/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync/Backup/ (this is for mac).

windows i not sure. u can google it up or mostly it will be at your document folder right?

you need to JB (jailbait ) your touch la. i got post mine in couple pages back. After JB then go install winterboard. go search themes at cydia there.
