Iphone is more like a fashion statement.. Ipod touch is more practical.. Unless iphone batt can be used 10 hours continuously then most people might consider(though very unlikely

Ipod touch cant replace psp in terms of gaming.. But heck for such a small size the graphics are amazing enough.. Ipod touch is more of an overall device..
