just apply on any severe acne it will soothes it.....

It will take time for acne to disappear

Mine's always pop out on my nose but i just leave it, refrain myselft from oily/ spicy food and avoid touchin it with unsanitized hands..... I cleanse my face with a standard face wash and apply mosturizer without toner...as toner sometimes contain a chemical that can break the acne so i dont apply it often,

Theres a lot of factor contributing to acne, stress is one of them..... Not sweating adequately also contribute to it
Sweating generally cause your skin to expand and all the excessive oil will be secretes at this moment try excersie once a week see if it improves
