Use CETAPHIL gentle cleanser. Its the best if u are prone to acne or blemishes.

Its very informative. Follow the regimen in the first page. I highly recommend it. A lot of people have tried this regimen and it works.. Including me. Expensive cosmetics does not necessarily do the job, learn to read the labels.

Yeah its quite good actually. Tried the regimen and it work out for me. No more acne since i started on it.

I would apply a generous amount of benzoyl peroxide all over my face.. wait a couple minutes for it to dry and then apply moisturizer.

Moisturizer is only to protect ur skin from the elements, especially from the sun. Preferably u should get a non-alcoholic moisturizer with good amount of spf protection. Its an option, wear it went u go out. Apply a thin layer only.. u dont want to clog the pores.

The key to this regimen is to keep it simple. You dont want to add unnecessary chemical/cosmetic stuff on your face. Benzoyl Peroxide kills acne.. apparently people have known this for a while. But they apply the BP wrongly. That's why breakout still happen.

Please dont use Oxy. Its too harsh.. to prevent acne, the amount of Benzoyl Peroxide does not matter..its a marketing gimmick that they provide u with 5%, 10% strength. Instead, use 2.5% strength BP cream like PanOxyl and Neutrogena On-the-spot. Its works just as good as 10% BP cream..and its easier on the skin.
