having the same issues here, I did drink a lot of water, work out, seriously no Fried or oily food for almost half year (Mcd,KFC and etc.) still pimples pop out vmad.gif really frustrated

btw, I'm using Himalaya face wash, deciding to chg to Nivea, worth the try?

alright thx, actually beside pimples, I noticed there are some white acne which is not pimples, it just can't get rid of that makes me more frustrated, any idea what was tat?
