What skin type are you?
Oily skin go for light moisturizer like ego QV lotion.
Its a basic moisturer and free from irritants like perfume and mineral oil.
If your skin is really dry,opt for emolients kind of moisturizer or you can try hada labo which contains super hyaluronic acid.

Apply benzac 5% on it.
Few days later you can easily manually remove it.

They are actually sebaceous filament and often confused with blackheads.
You can't get rid of it and as long as there's sebum ,it will be there.
