it does very lil for serious acne. it might prevent breakouts to a certain degree.

an aspirin mask would be better if u dare to use it.

I suggest the Shiseido Men Cleansing Foam. it's pricey but cleans the face well without drying. its RM95 for 125ml but u only need a bit to wash de face. moreover u dun want to use toners n moisturizers so this product will suit u. Although I do recommend the use of a moisturizer at night.

scars won't go away by just washing. although over a long period of time the scars will lighten.

Almost every dept store in KL/PJ has a Shiseido counter.

read my post again. i did recommend him to use moisturizer at night.

nowadays even in the daytime i use moisturizer. japanese sunscreens just too drying for me to skip moisturizer in the daytime.

Shiseido Men has trial packs that cost RM99 and comes with 30ml cleanser, 30ml moisturizer and 15ml anti aging cream gel. onli certain counters have it as they aren't bringing in new stock.

As for moisturizer I use Shiseido Men Moisturizing Emulsion in the daytime. Nighttime I use Biotherm Homme Aquapower.

I use Perfect UV most of the time. my only complaint is the difficulty in washing it off. a cleansing oil is definitely needed.

Very light and watery but u will feel a layer of it...every sunscreen is like that no matter how light.

Its water n sebum resistant so any kind of cleanser will not remove it 100%. only cleansing oil can remove it properly.

Biotherm Homme has a larger variety of products to suit diff skin types...some r hit n miss. Shiseido Men is more basic but every one of their products are of high quality.

I've have used both brands and I find Shiseido Men suits me more and doesn't over-promise.

Really depends on the needs of your skin. cream type moisturizers r more suited for dry aging skin. Gel/emulsion type moisturizers would suit oilier skins. I normally use a heavier gel-cream type of moisturizer at night.

5% DUH

5% is much more drying. best to start at 2.5% first if u using BP 4 de first time.

I dun think 10% is advisable at all. BP doesn't work instantly...takes about a few months of daily use to see a significant difference.

ya of coz its gonna be dry without moisturizer when u use 10%.

by all means u can try 10% without moisturizer. do remember to let us know the result.

yes i do. I use Gatsby Oil Clear Sheet. i only use 1 or 2 sheets a day so no side effects.

same thing as Gatsby. the only difference is C&C is smaller in size, more expensive n only 60 sheets per pack. Gatsby is 70 sheets a pack.

Yeah every pharmacy big or small has Gatsby Oil Clear Sheets. but look properly b4 buying as there r a few versions...powdered paper, wet paper n oil clear sheet...get the oil clear sheet. u could try the other ones but so far the oil clear sheet is the best...powdered paper is not bad too but doesn't suck up as much oil.

yup im using Thursday Plantation pure tea tree oil on pimples in the daytime. BP at night.

TTO not as effective as BP but its less harsh. doesn't make skin oily n absorbs fast. can be quite drying if too much is used tho.

The very strong smell of TTO is a prob for some ppl. I have used TTO of n on for years but i still find the smell too strong.

they will probably try to psycho u into buying more sessions or products. My advice is not to bring too much cash or credit card(s) when u go for the facial. I have no idea if Bella is good or not. But they seem to be advertising heavily in the papers.

pretty basic products. but good for ppl with sensitive skin coz it's fragrance free.
