the scrub meant to be used 2 times a week only not daily.

it has three diff size scrub granules. contains menthol so very refreshing.

it does smoothen my skin to a certain extent.

yea 2 times a week. i just use it in place of my cleanser at night.it foams up even more than the Cleansing Foam.

use it during mid of d week like on wednesday n one more time during end of the week (sunday).

For the past 2-3 months I have been trying out lower end pharmacy face cleansers. these r the brands u can get easily at at Caring, Guardian or Watsons near your house of office.

I prefer foaming cleansers that give a good amount of lather that leave my face squeaky clean.

My all time favourite cleanser is the Shiseido Men Cleansing Foam. Been using it for 3-4 yrs already. Retailing at RM95 for 125ml its expensive for me so I decided to hunt for something much cheaper.

1) walk into any pharmacy
2) ask the sales person if they have avene thermal spring water
3) you will be led to a shelf with the huge words Avene filled with Avene products
4) Look for Clearance K
5) bring product to counter and pay
6) follow instructions behind the box on how to apply.
7) have better skin.
