taking multivitamin can cause breakout?
idk tis..do u take it in normal amount or u overdose it?

The three main components of multivitamins that appear to have a negative effect on acne are vitamins B6, B12, and the mineral iodine. The problem here is that normal doses of these substances are necessary to function properly. The use of multivitamins, especially those with an enhanced B-complex (usually much more than the 100 percent recommended amount) and iodine fortified products (salt and through cow ingestion, milk) lead us to take much more than the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) suggested amount. Several studies, including a 1991 study by EF Sheretz, showed that a high dosage of the B6 and B12 vitamin led to an acne reaction that was resistant to typical acne treatment

It is usually taken once per day. Since my multivitamins are expiring soon and I would not wanna waste time. I tried taking them like once a week or once a month, but it still still causes breakouts. Once I take them, on the next day my face would be filled with red giant pimples. IMO its too heaty.

It depends on your skin bro, my friend takes multivitamins on a daily basis and he has no problem whatsoever. My face especially the t-zone gets very oily whenever i wake up too. I tend to apply a light moisturizer at night, and use face blotters to control the oiliness. You could also try to cleanse your face more often.

dont rub towel to ur face, just try to press towel into ur face gently as possible..

rubbing towel to ur face will trigger more oil or acne coz ur hurting ur skin..

any facial center u guys can recommend for guys around PJ? I tried Adonis in Pyramid want to try other center.

I just use Cheapo Loreal Cleansing Gel and Scrup once in 2 months.
Clean your face frequently with clean water, eat and drink healthy, sleep earlier and live a normal life.
Your face should be no problem except those inherited.

i need some recommendations from here.
- My face consider more to normal face however, it start to have OIL around the afternoon.
- I have some acne (red spot), and few small pimples popping out.

currently using oklay total, however after done the washing. My face feel dry and (a bit tight)
-would like to know what is the difference between shiseido cleansing and shiseido DEEP CLEANSING SCRUB.
- is shiseido cleansing price still at RM95?

Any recommendations on the product (which can get it from JUSCO & PARKSON and etc places)? for good facial wash & reduce acne (red spot)/ scar.

thanks in advance.
