 Ring Volume, Back to 0 always on iFon 3G

Hi guys,

anyone experience the ring volume always back to 0 at certain times on an ifon 3G? I set my phone to vibrate and ring.

you have your iphone in a case?

maybe the case is not properly design, thus depressing the vol down button
