u should use MOSX or other UNIX (Linux) ...for ur CAD edit....better and fast then at windows
my bro (use in my 2rig) using adobe Photoshop, Lightroom ,CaptureOne
much better then windows (asking for more fast proc , ram and better grapics card)

if vista
it must be winload.exe under BCD memtest got error ..try repair it using vista CD

xp i think also some...longtime no use xp.....cant remember edy

i think so....from xp til now vista ... i know da the bootloader will test ur hardware driver ...memory , driver ,windows system other thing when loading...if 1 thing error u got BSOD or cannot loading
