hi guys...
i've recently changed to TA7890 M2+...
The rest of my rig is as stated in my sig...
I jz oced my proc to 2.65Ghz, while ram is at 667Mhz, and ht link is x3 only...
Didn't add any volt to core, ram or NB/SB...
my northbridge is kinda hot...
time i can stand touching the heatsink is rather short...
temp on full load orthos is 49~50 for NB...
Is it suppose to be so hot??
