Hi..wana ask

if in offer letter not disclosed any termination term during probational period..it just mention termination is 3months notice/3 months pay by either party.

so within probation period did the same rules applied?

coz what iam thinking is probation period should have lesser termination notice compared with after confirmation right??

thts the problem..but afaic the cost of sending lawyer is much more than 3times salary.and new job already started.

n i dun think they gonna find lawyer to sue as the cost will be more than the salary and the company basically manage the stock exchange and i dun think less than 10k giving them too much attention.
