if i were you, i would resign. but like others' advice, please find another job first before u tell your boss that u want to quit

Lol i feel like resign also and i'm also under probation, the job itself is boring and the learning pace is very slow, just knew that company does not give confirmation letter (which means this might take forever under probation), makes me felt like being cheated... and my ccna gone wasted coz the job i'm doing it right now not related to networking and can be replaced by diploma guy anytime... So yeah currently been looking for more challenging yet suit my level that type of job. I'm still here because i get to manage a server with minimal supervision, but 0 training + 0.5 experience, with no other experienced IT staff/colleague to ask for guides in the office.
