I'm now in my new job about 4 months. This is the first full-time job I ever had and I'm quite unhappy with my job. (working environment and the job scope). I'm so unmotivated to learn new things given my current job.
I'm planning to look for a new job after new year but I'm told that the economic now is really bad and it's not easy to find a job now + terminating employment within probationary period looks bad in the resume.
Anyone can give any suggestions on that?
Oh gosh... Your situation now slightly same with what happened to me now... I'm already embarked my career for past 6-month and still in probation period. The working environment ain't the issues. The issues were i'm not really felt happy with my current job. Partly because my superior too harsh toward me as I'm can't fulfill her highly expectation. She even din gave any motivation to me as a fresh staff, instead always push me again and again. I'm really suffocated.I'm planning to look for a new job after new year but I'm told that the economic now is really bad and it's not easy to find a job now + terminating employment within probationary period looks bad in the resume.

Because of that, my passion to work and learn slowly came down till sometimes i'm felt so struggle on it. Yes, i do have intend to look for a new job but slenderly worried with current economic meltdown. So I directly told my boss that I don't have interest with what i'm doing right now and request to transfer another department. She said ok but subject to replacement. Even so, indeed my heart, I really want to change to another company. But scared at the end of the day, sitting at home eating dust only.
