Most important aspect is the price range. It can go from RM2 to RM4000+ for ONE iem. From no name crap bud to custom IEM.

5.1 headphone is just pure gimmick. imho, it should be ranked even lower than low end hifi grade earphone. Even my KSC75 sound better than zalman 5.1 crap. I owned both.

P.S: try adjust to triples first. listen to it for few days, u MIGHT fall in love with it

Choosing between ms1 and es7 depend on your music. I probably can say both are opposite in term of sound signature. ms1 toward bright and energetic while es7 is warm and musical. But i never tried both, only read a lot bout them.
