@zac1
You can kick out the old Sony EX85 and Sony EX082 out of you list and replace them with Sony EX300. Price wise it very near. Anyway when using Sony EX85 sound isolation is really bad till my friend call it a mini amp earphone. My personal Sony EX85 is half broken, silver color fade and wire tangle easily because its usage hours is already over 3000 hours. I swear because I been using it for 2 years already.

Actually I tested my friend MDR-EX300.
And the sound isolation is a little bit better Sony EX85. I think the sound is good at least 2X the old Sony EX85. And Sony IEMs is always underrated. Honestly Sony IEMs really need high burning hours before it reveal it hidden power.
Was on the verge on buying it when suddenly saw the XB40EX on sale at lowyat. Do some math and decided to go for the XB40EX which only RM80 40% of the original price. Just to try the XB series lol. Later I will you all about the XB40EX. Burning hours not sufficient yet just entered 30 hours.... sound clarity improved a bit and bass is sharper.
Unless you like classical, jazz and ballad don't go for sony....

@Zeru
Hi-Five If you into that range of music go for Sony XB40EX. Worth It. and stylish Hitomi Takahashi and Yui music is so nice with them. High and Mighty Color, Acid Black Cherry, Gazette and Aira Mitsuki is more nicer hahaha.
But the price RM 200 ......................
