QUOTE(hirari @ Jul 24 2009, 10:25 PM) DT231 is not as bright as the HD201. But the HD201 don't have the bass response of DT231. You might want to EQ a bit to boost the bass with HD201. Either way, both are good cans for the price. ok...i get it...but how bout the fc700??? Not good compared to the other two?? This post has been edited by amon_meiz: Jul 25 2009, 09:01 AM

QUOTE(killz23 @ Jul 25 2009, 03:19 PM) just spend more and grab a HD205 maybe? I think HD 202/205 are well worth the money. They say (headfi) HD 202 has the same driver as HD 212 pro, how much of that is true I'm not sure, but if that's the case, HD 202 is the way to go. Plus, HD 212 Pro is a 250rm headphone..So you might want to take that into consideration.. ok.thx a lot.this is the kind of advice i need .thx a lot guys.its ok.doesnt have to be portable.I just want a good headphone at the range rm200-rm300.

QUOTE(duh2k @ Aug 23 2009, 07:45 PM) If you like forward sounding and 'in your face' music....go Grado/Alessandro, after listening to them, any other cans will sound pretty laidback I recommend Ms1 for awesomeness (highly biased opinion ) so for forward sounding can, is MS1 a good start? might wanna try but basic2 first la

QUOTE(linkinawe @ Aug 25 2009, 02:17 PM) AD500 vs M30 , mainly for music 70% , 30% for FPS game ...so basically music and fps game @ music , English Hitz music pop , rock , techno @gaming , CS , left 4 dead , need to detect enemy position and listen footsteps thank ... give me some opinion and their comparison. PS: I just wanna know how much is the difference between these 2 , if difference not big , I think I would get M30 instead, cheaper Just to note,I heard from a fren saying AD series better go for the higher end. .good luck in ur search

QUOTE(moniqee @ Sep 1 2009, 01:01 PM) hi i need some recommendation on portable headphones. my budgets will be max RM200. i intend to use it for long journeys at KTM,bus ( noisy enviroment ) so i hope to get a very comfortable headphone which can put on for long hours. i will pair it with my sony mp3 players or my handphone ( so prefer 3.5mm jack ) I don't really know much, but u can consider audio technica Fc700.it's portable, and more comfortable compare to m30. I tried couple Sony nc series and those really comfortable.somebody selling brand new Sony nc headphone for rm300.I can't remember what model but that model can s used without power up the noise cancelling function( not like nc60)

I also wanna search a very comfortable headpone.m30 quite comfortable but can't last till 2 hours, my ears would start to ache.fc700 also nothing better. I tried monster beat studio and Sony nc60 ,and both really comfortable.no doubt it could last for hours.I even thought of buying nc60.coz I listen to music like 12 hours per day. I know both isn't audiophiles level and monster is Bose in cable, so wanna ask ur guys opinion, what are audiophiles headphone but super ultra comfortable?I don't care bout the budget, just wanna know these kind of headphone, even if expensive I would start saving . So please,do help

Yes.it's a closed type.as that fellow told me,the reason it being uncomfortable is that because the cup is a bit small,so it kinda pressed on ur ear rather than surround it
