I was looking at the following.

Razer M100, SteelSeries Siberia and the Crossroads (the most expensive). Are there any obvious difference's between the Bjou and the X3i/XBi?

smile.gif
*
f*** those gaming brand off in audiophile. they're crap
you get what you paid for audio's company ear/headphone, not apply in gaming brand doh.gif

XBi is more into bass
while X3i has better mid than Xbi biggrin.gif

I though SHP8900 is an open-type cans ? smile.gif

to reply the statement above,
a wireless headphone is subjective to the wireless transmission tpye. if using blue tooth transmission, the max it can deliver out FLAC bit rate but not WAV

open-cans?
*
Cans = headphone
Headphone divided into 2 or 3 types, closed type, semi-open and opened typed. smile.gif
Opened type headphone has better sounstage, but depends on which model.

Yo bro biggrin.gif
Closed one is detail enough and i knwo that, but i heard a lot of sifu told me that Open one has greater soundstage and of course, not so hot sweat.gif
AD700 and A700 are exactly the same except the closed and open design right?
*
haha...
soundstage vs extra bass, your call.

QUOTE(hirari @ Jun 28 2009, 03:34 PM)
ATH-A700 closed
ATH-AD700 open

Open cans have a wider soundstage but some might find the bass a little bit lacking.
*
yeah true indeed,
and AD cans is using cotton pad right ?
A500-900, 950 TI , 900 LTD all using pleather, the PLEATHER is easily flanked if using a period of time.

generally headphones and IEMS in the same price range, the headphones will sound better. In IEMs, you're paying for the miniaturization. You could go and try the beyer dt231 or audio technica ad300. Both less than rm300, both also reasonably good.
*
haha... once go to big cup, never fall back to small cup,
DT231 Rm220 tho, AD300 rm3xx right ?
I suggest get A500 as entry level headphone tongue.gif

Actually i am curios that if you are looking for noise isolation, you should looking for those close headphone such as the a300 in stead of ad300.
