Hi, what is IEM? I take it as earphone / headphone? I still couldn't believe it is original, the price is so fake. Anyway, gona try my luck and hopefully it turns out to be true.

It's very very unlikely that you will receive fake product from Amazon. May be they are clearing the old stocks owing to the production of CX300 has been discontinued. Both the CX300 link you posted there are the same products just with different packing. It's because the factory don't do the packing, they send the IEM to the shop and they will do their own packing which leads to a various types of packing out there.

for Sennheiser & Audio Technica product, pls buy at reputable store or person to ensure genuine stuff, i dont mind paying a bit extra to have peace in mind.

I had seen lots of fake CX95, CX300, CX400 & CX500 iem around.
for ath, fake ES7, ESW9 & etc also are quite common.
although all fake iems/cans may sound very nice at 1st audition, u will sure belief it is real. but the fact is u dont know the real sound signature that so u cant differentiate.
just my 0.02cents only..

I just got my Koss Porta Pro today. Very happy with it, no regrets at all. It sounds so much better than the bundled earphone from my Sony MP3 player.
