QUOTE(seanlee89 @ Apr 14 2009, 10:33 PM) Hey guys, would like to purchase a new set of headphones/iems. Budget about RM200. I'm looking at Koss KSC-75, Crossroad Mylarone Bijou and Razer or is there any better suggestions? Thanks for your time. I would personally recommend Shure SCL2(now they called it Se102 I think) and Bijou. Shure has high clarity with moderate bass whereas Bijou is for basshead.

QUOTE(Dybre @ Apr 22 2009, 03:06 AM) CX500 does not really improve with amp. but if you really wanna pair it with an amp. i suggest you get the ibasso T4. meant to be made for IEM. it's such a nice tiny amp that could be brought anywhere. How much is the ibasso T4?

QUOTE(w3n @ Apr 22 2009, 02:07 PM) I agree. I bought the CX300 as well and the bass was terrible. SQ is great but I prefer more bass so I am really dissapointed with them. The fake Creative EP-630's that I got off eBay had better bass than the CX300 (even SQ was pretty good). i thought CX300 has bloated bass.Sure you bought the real CX300 ? Added on April 22, 2009, 6:44 pmQUOTE(Lipyueng @ Apr 22 2009, 02:01 PM) i found that after 12 hours burn in, i switch on my laptop volume output to 100% and yet still not really very loud... is just normal listening volume only, i thought something wrong with my earn, i tested back with my SONY earphone. Oh my god... i damn loud... Is it normal? this means that i need an AMP to push the earpiece? any amp can intro? i mean portable amp? since D2 will make the bass muddier and warm... i should test it 1st... any other nice DAC/AMP for intro? the bass now is heavy but muddy... a fully burnt-in will require around 200 hours. QUOTE(Lipyueng @ Apr 26 2009, 03:13 AM) guys... the one i bought is not CX300 but is CX500... the SQ of both is it the same? i never try on CX300 be4... so i don know... another thing... why u guys keep on discussing about cx300? is it the driver or anything or sq is same with CX500? Wakaka, because the guy bought his CX300 for Rm60 only, he dunno whether it's original or fake so they're discussing the SQ of CX300. CX500 is the successor of CX300 because there're too many counterfeit of CX300 in the market already, so they kinda discontinue the production i guess.

QUOTE(Jvn11 @ May 6 2009, 01:12 AM) Do you guys out there have any special methods to wear in earphones? cause im using the pvc sleeves and it kinda hurts after 1-2 hours.. i pushed it quite deep or not the the sound isolation wont be good.. any suggestions? Read this http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=754097&hl= May help you out a bit. Added on May 6, 2009, 1:26 amQUOTE(BlueBerry~ @ May 5 2009, 11:06 PM) Helping a friend to post. Budget is less than RM200. With a good bass. Nothing on brand. But he is going to Singapore on Saturday. So that might change things a bit since things at Sg are a bit cheaper compared to Malaysia and more choices. CrossRoads Bijou will be the best i guess for basshead ppl. QUOTE(Proclaimer @ May 11 2009, 01:28 PM) Not for basshead.. Clarity wise quite good.. The Onto rim is kinda small, you've got to make sure that ur head can fit in because it's non-adjustable. Added on May 13, 2009, 5:38 amQUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ May 12 2009, 12:26 AM) if ure a basshead... i dont think shure is not ur cup of tea.... Yea, however if you're looking for clarity, then put Shure into ur list, the bass can improve with amp I guess. This post has been edited by chingwooi: May 13 2009, 05:38 AM

QUOTE(igmroey @ May 15 2009, 03:13 PM) Er.. where do i get the EP60 ? I can't find any informations on this particular earphones on the internet. Jz go to any phone shop selling earphones and tell dem the exact model ? Don't buy from shop man, it will cost you around Rm120 if you bought from shop xD Like CLF said, you can get it under "Bulk Order" section or "Music and Audio Accessories" section. It'll cost you around Rm50 only.
