Um, actually, the prices do not increase because of that.. Sometimes you think the items are very expensive it's because the clothes are branded and are from overseas. You can't get them locally. Therefore, the clothes are fixed at a price that aren't as cheap as some other items which are range from RM20-30 it might exceed that. For example, brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Gap, & Junk Food.. You can purchase them at a cheaper price at their original outlet, but not at a CHEAP price. F.O.S clothes are all value buy, not cheap. So that's something different.

FOS sells stuffs at a VALUABLE price, not CHEAP.
So that's one point.

& did you know that FOS is different from reject shop? Reject shop sells rejected items, while FOS sells items that are from overseas & things that you might not be able to get from here. & that's why, FOS can never be compared to Reject shop stuffs.

Plus, most of my clothes from F.O.S are branded stuff & I normally purchase them from RM20-50. I don't mind paying more for better quality & brand goods.

It's not because you can't find any clothes that fit your size, it's because you didn't take the effort to look out for the clothes in the shop..

That's why you hardly find clothes that fit your sizes.

Well, I think I can answer that for you. It's actually because those t-shirts are maybe from a brand that comes from overseas.. & needless to say, the quality of the shirt itself speaks the price.. you can get a lot of stuff from other shops at a very, very cheap price, but have you ever thought before the quality of their clothes? Is it as good as it seems?

& btw, the stuff from FOS doesn't mean its directly from factory. Where did you get that kind of silly idea from?
They are mostly imported goods from overseas ie US, UK, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China etc.
Only some in-house brands like TRU, Blue Sand, Banana Moon, Miss Cindy, Penelope, Old School, & so on, are what you call, originated from the factory. While others, it's not. THEY ARE TRULY & ONLY STOCKS FROM OVERSEAS.

Not actually expensive,normal price for imported items I will say.But during sales,things can go so worth buying,certain old items are going for buy one free one.
Office wear i dont know,so far im so satisfied with their products like board shorts,polo ts.UnfotunAtely,my area's fos is a small one,nothing compared to those in midvalley and penang.

FOS quality is declining this years.

FOS not bad wat.
i buy my sleepwear from there and after washing so many times edi it's still good.
i'm xs to s size also but can still get clothes from there.
and yea its not rejected clothes. but sometimes have to be careful cause some clothes have stain or dirt on it.
talking about quality, lots of expensive brands shirts also not that good. even giordano, S size wash edi now i think L size also can wear.

fyi, theres 2 outlet in sgwang, 1 near kfc, the 2nd 1 at 2nd floor

Yea , i agree with you .I always shop at f.o.s and i can see that the clothes there is obviously not rejected goods . Sometimes the quality of some shirt might be bad but i think that the expensive brands shirts there is not bad because i remember once i went to the shop in mid valley and i bought some branded shirts there , the quality seriously not bad , super good , still using it until now .

FOS used to be quite cheap but as time goes by, the price is getting higher and higher...

and also, the quality is not that good anymore (used to favor FOS and Reject shop)

for now, i preferred to buy direct from the wholesaler ( i know some of them because of......)

it is even cheaper... no hassle.. no pushing here and there... =p

I managed to get a few Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) as well as Vans t-shirts from there. I also ALWAYS always always.... get my socks from FOS. Firethorn rocks lol.

Oh yeah, why? Well they're rather cheap compared to Polo RL or other polo brands.

I like FOS because they have brands that you just can't get here. Not gonna say what brands just for the heck of it. Although they are rejects, its usually not noticeable and its just as good as the original for a fraction of the price.

last time i work at FOS subang terrible manager nobody in the shop cannot talk to other staff....

i bought a banana republic singlet there, is cheap and nice!!

hehe bought most of my sk8 clothes there. Not very wealthy and the store is pretty affordable. FOS is ok in my book.
