If the iPhone Nano rumour is true, it's probabbly another range of iPhone like how they categorize iPod video, iPod Nano, iPod Touch and so. iPhone Nano will be the lower range compare to the normal iPhones.

plus the fact it is cheaper will tempt people to buy this phone because of the touch feature and the fun of having it...
lately, apple's strategy has changed to targeting to the large masses of people instead of unique and distinct group of people...
