Ok here's the siutation ...

Last week thursday ...

Cable Management things is so laku ...

many deals ... so need to restock ...

so , i ordered manythings from supplier in Kuching ...

Sent on Friday , the next day , i didnt receive the things , so ... ok lo ... i wait again la ...

Sunday ... Dont have again ... OK ... i wait again la ....

Monday ... ok i not in patient edi ... i call them to ask ... Where is my parcel ?? trakcing code is XXXXXXXX

they say send edi wad !!! i was WTFF !!! that time ... i am so SHOCKED that time !! HE SAID IT SENT !! ??? WTF !

Ok .... i call my supplier , he say , he really send edi with the right address ( deal with him many times ... never get wrong )

Ok ... i track the code at the POS MAS website ( just recover from down time ) it really said that it been SENT !!! WTF

The parcel it mentioned there is handled by JINJANG station , so i try to call JINJANG station ...

Buzz them for 10 times ... no Answer ... till today ...

ask them for the signed copy of the receipt

if pos express, maybe you can ask them for the person that they delivered to. go to the jinjang office personally, call will not solve anything most of the time. pay them a visit.

Pos express no need to sign one. They can put anywhere, considered delivered. My experience.

Sometimes Pos Express takes some time. Be patient and wait for a few days. Or like what is said by NaMyzarC, go to Jinjang post office to check

call jinjang ... doesnt even pickup .... 20 times edi ... ( at least )

call pos kepong ... they denied ... they say not under their responsibility ...

they ask me to call Bahagian Serahan ...

call edi ... they say need to wair ... check for me ...

now waiting for their answer ...

if didnt receive ... i really go Jinjang there ...

Always afraid when use pos ekspress cos there's no guaranty you received your item.
If the tracking said final delivery than you should already received your package.
If you go to report also they will say they cant do anything since its already been delivered.
They wont take responsibility for the lost.

But don't get me wrong, you should always report your missing package just don't think it would be easy as making a phone call only.
You need to confront them face to face.

Yeah ... i still waiting for the Bahagian Serahan call back ... if he say dont have the parcel right here ... i will go to JINJANG confront them , scold them gau gau

Simple ... call the Bahagian Serahan ... ( POSMEN HELL )

I called them ... then they asked for my tracking number , my address , and my phone number .

Within 2 hours ...

A posmen yelling at my doorstep " Hello ~ Hello ~ Posmen "

I so happy that time ...

Then he came with my Pos Ekspress parcel , woooooo ~

Then ... he started to beg me to do something ...

he say : " Bang .. tlong call back kat bahagian pengurusan tu ... nanti boss marh sya ah ... , tlong ah bang ... "

that time i so happy , so i terus agree with some threaten message , i say , next time ... you delay again , i terus call the Bahagian Serahan .

After called , i asked for the reason why so late only give me the parcel ...

He said : " Oh yer , mase tu pack motobike pos sya dah penoh ... X dpt muat lagi .... "

Then i so regret to help he call ... with this noob reason ... damn ...

Yeah right .. stupid reason .... noob posmen ....

Ok .. Problem solved ....

You all may learn from this case ...

If parcel not arriving within 2 days ...

You can always call

I think most of the time is the posmen fault..
Posmen trying to steal the stuff.Try their luck at sum ppl tat dun 4low up actions when their stuff gone.

I got myself a case also with similar case but regret bcoz didnt follow up..just called to ask for item and they say sent oledi.Check website also mention sent+final delivery attempt.

Btw I stay in Sabah and dunno this "hell" department got or not..But will try calling this department if similar case arise.

they have to get ur sign as a confirmation that the parcel has been sent

customer sure not happy .... buy RM7 things pay RM8 POSlaju ...

i think if the item u sent is not very valuable,then best to use pos express only
but if u sent expensive item, then better to use poslaju for ur peace of mind

so its a postman fault la..

I also kena edi.. But only screen protector.. The postman thougt its cheque or money inside..ehehe..complaint to their boss.. Within 5 minutes my parcel arrive with envelope already torn & salotaped!!!.. Imagine i waiting for nine days..pos ekspress. Only for a 3 pcs of screen protector

Becoz of one bad postman, the whole pos got a bad reputation.
