Prego? lol... i make the classic carbonara... which the olden days the coalminers of a small town in italy does it... u can search it online.... hint u need milk, egg, cheese and chicken stock... plus italian spices... aka basil, oregano, thyme...

i dont really cook carbonara..too rich and creamy..screws up my diet.. but seafood carbonara i make..aglio olio too

got milk and egg d... dun need cream... if use cream den dun need milk n egg...

for mean... u can use ham/bacon/any mince meat aka chicken or beef according to preference la... but classic carbonara... use bacon lor...
