The enhancement refers to the way the underwear causes the volume of the cock + nuts to protrude outwards, resulting in a visible bulge in the crotch portion of the trousers.

isn't it easier to say it has the same effect as push-up brabriefs.

Weird. I never needed any 'enhancements'.

oh btw for the record i've also never needed enhancements. in fact i have to supress the bulge for it is too graphic for polite society
