I think its simple yet stylish, not too flashy but the wristband might add a little flashiness onto the simple style, which is good if u wanna look a bit different from being too simple and similar to others. But still I think wristband works better on a T rather than a shirt.

I still think the T-shirt you're wearing is a little too flashy or you might be able to pull it off with a pair of khaki chinos. The wristband might ruin the whole comtemporary look because it's supposed to be something sporty..or is it just me? hmm.gif

My point is your black jeans don't go well with your shirt which is very slim.

Also, rubber sportbands don't go well with shirts. You'll want a more classic/vintage style. Leather bands? A leather strap wristwatch is good.

Shirt looks cheap. As if you bought it from Romp. I don't see how a shirt like that can be called 'semi-formal'.

Diesel? You mean the local 'Diesel'? Black jeans are terrible. Looks even worse when you pair them with white sneakers.

My two cents.

An ill-fitting cotton or denim 'blazer'?

Save the black dress pants for the office, not with a casual polo. Brown shoes and black pants together look absolutely horrible.
