Anyone know where to customize LV shades with powe lens? I went to a spectacle shop, and that guy said 1k power cannot customize, which is bullshit. Cause a popular blogger in Singapore mention that somewhere in Singapore can add power lens.

Anyone know where can I get LV shades with power lens?

Sunglasses are one of the important fashion accessories, specially during spring and summer. They work amazing things in helping you to create a special image. What exact style you select genuinely depends on personal taste and the shape of your face. Yet, no issue what style of sunglasses you purchase, it is essential that you think about quality as well as style.

Hi guys! First time posting in this thread.

Was cleaning store room and found my dad's old Cartier aviator sunglasses. On the nose bridge, it says 1983 with 59 16 under the year. Still looks new. The leather case looks good. Just some normal wear and tear. Nothing major. Planning to change the lens as these ones have power. What color looks good on a gold frame? Am thinking brown, but gray looks good too.. hmm.gif Getting the two-toned/gradient type.

congrats on that find man! very lucky u are!
so in my opinion,i suggest u try a gold/brown lens for this frame.
like this: (oh sorry this is rayban, but good reference tho)
http://www.ray-ban.com/international/produ...29K?var=040K/N3

or if u wanna go a bit classy and elegant look, try this grey/brownish lens:
http://www.ray-ban.com/international/produ...3025?var=002/32

based on the site,it says "grey lens" but in actual life it looks a bit of a brownish mixture.
i used to have this model. awesome looking, damn macho wey.

Added on July 30, 2012, 3:54 amoh yes,my pick of sunglasses would definitely be RayBan.
very classic and not that expensive.
i'm currently using a Rayban RB3362 Cockpit. this exact model:
http://www.ray-ban.com/international/produ...3025?var=002/32

i'm a cadet pilot,so i prefer something other than Aviators which are too common among cadets/pilots/and even rempits.

but i'm eyeing on buying this carbon fiber tech ones,a bit similar to Cockpits.
http://www.ray-ban.com/international/produ.../RB8301?var=002

and if i have extra cash,i'd buy an Oakley Inmate which is worn buy Denzel Washington in "The Book of Eli"
http://www.oakley.com/products/5628/18969
very hard to find, but can order at KLCC or Pavilion KL.
and bloody pricey as well.

well those are my pick of shades, sorry for the long posts hehe smile.gif

it is an old model..it's not totally unavailable though but even oakley.com has it in "limited stock" status now...probably at the range of 800-900 I reckon..always try focus point or england optical first..they carry quite abit of them oakleys...
