Are you using Microsoft Office 2007? It can save as PDF. To have a watermark, just go to Page Layout -> Watermark button -> select your preferred watermark.

If your using Microsoft Office '07, there should be an option to save as ".pdf" in the "Save As". I'm not sure about watermarking your PDF but you could follow the other forummers opinion. Just my 2 cents.

primopdf/cutepdf functions is to convert your microsoft word, powerpoint or any other type of files that you can print to pdf format....
why you want to convert it to pdf? - for me it looks better in this format while the size of the file becomes smaller. Anyhow, to view it you still need the adobe reader / acrobat reader... |

PrimoPDF and CutePDF are programs to convert files to ".pdf" format. But Adobe Acrobat Reader is to open/read and not-edit the already converted files. |

Adobe Acrobat READER , so can read only not for edieting.I used Nitro PDF before . It can import .doc , make watermark and save as pdf.It is shareware. |
