Furthermore, I did try Signing up for xbox 360 LIVE, but I cant seem to find Malaysia, what country did you guys set up as?

Anyway, you wont get in trouble after Microsoft detect you, from what I see and heard, Microsoft will banned your ID and HDD, that is, you cant go LIVE using the registered ID, no harm done towards the console. There is one person saying, after you replace the HDD, you can go LIVE again.. but ending with the same result that is..

Im not sure, but i did test out xbox 360 LIVE gold member features, you can download free mp3/video and stuff, so your HDD will mostly used for save files and mp3 if you dont use LIVE

Position of analog great for fps.. and yeah.. if its too big for you.. your hand must be small.. it's really comfortable.. wohoo

And LIVE is kinda boring..
None of my classmates go LIVE.. pretty lonely there.
