for me loosing weight is one of the greatest achievement for fat people and i can only suggest to lose weight are to have balance diet and daily exercise or workout

that would be the simple math. but that would be the same as saying that eating more will pile on the pounds but thats not always true. my family and i have high metabolism so it didnt matter how much we ate, we still stayed thin. cholesterol was running a bit high but that's a different story. lolz.

sometimes, eating sensibly and exercising does not always guarantee effective weight loss due to other mitigating factors such as hormone imbalance.
