that would be the simple math. but that would be the same as saying that eating more will pile on the pounds but thats not always true. my family and i have high metabolism so it didnt matter how much we ate, we still stayed thin. cholesterol was running a bit high but that's a different story. lolz.
sometimes, eating sensibly and exercising does not always guarantee effective weight loss due to other mitigating factors such as hormone imbalance. |
