Try spraying a few shots to the chest (under your shirt) to make your cologne last longer. It works for me and with most colognes i get an extra few hours of longevity. I personally do 5 sprays (2 neck and 3 to chest) and i get good longevity from almost all my colognes. 5 sprays may seem a lot to some but i'm spending my hard earned money on it, i might as well let ppl around me smell it 
it depends on what u use, some perfume has too much alcohol which evaporates very fast and lose the smell quite fast ...i think calvin kleins eau de toilette is not lasting(euphoria, ck one, ck be and ck man)
where else like jpg le male is so far the longest lasting perfume - eevn after a wash the clothes u can still get the end note like it was before the wash ...
