I have 3 bottles now, Hugo No6, Issey Miyake, Le Male JPG.

Love Issey Miyake a lot, was a bit difficult to adapt to Le Male's smells, but now I love it, addicted to it I should say.

Hugo No.6 a bit too strong compare to others.

Depends on the occasion and skin type. It is said the best way to find out is to take a female (preferably a blunt honest friend) to a perfumery store and get her opinion.
What suits one may not suite another due to skin and body types.
Ideally mild perfumes are worn during working hours and stronger ones in the evening. Also, the your skin care (soaps, shampoos, bathing foam etc etc) should complement the perfume, if not you may not smell pleasant. Therefore, you may opt to by skin care products from the same perfume brand, use non fragrance skin care products or experiment to find what suites you.

a lot of antibacterial soaps often have a neutral scent that disappears within 30mins-1hr. my current one leaves my skin scentless and i think it has bergamot in it

but yea you should bring a female friend along to help out, but in my case my female friends are always busy...just remember not to choose a blonde (the ones that permanently say i dunno) and it should be fine

I'm using DKNY, Chanel, ckIN2u & AQUA by Carolina Herrera Perfume.

usually I used them depends on mood. however, a very good friend of mine told me that perfume represent a person's image or identity. cannot always change. how far do you people agree with it?

scents enhance your personality and it brings out that "side" of you to others. Also, perfumes will be your signature scent, the one that people will remember you for. It's not that you cant always change, just how you want to portray yourself at the end.

for example, i want to potray a young, innocent yet professional image so i used a scent with vanilla in it.

Oh I see. Well, thanks for the detailed explanation. I'm kinda agree with you. Unfortunately, people around me don't really realize because no one around really use perfumes. I think so far only 2 girls have asked me about which brands I used. sweat.gif I think I can keep on changing since no one knows brows.gif
