Hi,
Just wondering, is it possible to use a US-version Wii Console in Malaysia? If I used it with a power converter from 110V to 220-240 V?
Bought one one day and it's great.
Will be heading back to Malaysia in another couple of days.
Hmm...also, how do you guys shop on the Wii channel if you don't have a US Credit Card? Where do you buy the Wii points for it?
Yes. You can use a US Wii in Malaysia, make sure you use a Power Converter, if possible add a Electricity Stabilizer (Optional) to protect your Wii from power surge. Tenaga National is pretty sucks at maintaining a stable power supply.Just wondering, is it possible to use a US-version Wii Console in Malaysia? If you don't have a US credit card, you can use a Malaysia Credit Card by doing the "Brazil Hack". This is simple, simply change your Country Setting to Brazil, and you are ready to go. Please note that only MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted, no Diner's Club, American Express or etc.
